We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

Items may be eligible for return if:

Trendyata Store reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are generally not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable
  • Personal care items or hygiene-related products after opening
  • Products damaged through misuse, negligence, or improper handling
  • Gift cards, if applicable


3. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR WRONG ITEMS

4. RETURN PROCESS

If the return is approved, return instructions will be provided. Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for securely packaging returned items to prevent damage during transit.


5. RETURN SHIPPING

Unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise required by law, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by Trendyata Store or the item arrived damaged or defective.


6. REFUNDS

Once a returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your payment provider or bank.

Refunds may be refused or partially reduced if:

  • The returned item is not in its original condition;
  • The item shows signs of use, damage, or missing parts not caused by Trendyata Store;
  • The return does not meet the requirements of this policy.


7. EXCHANGES

Trendyata Store reserves the right to determine whether an exchange can be provided based on stock availability and the condition of the returned item.


8. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped.

9. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
